1 in 6 workers in the state are directly employed in manufacturing, with average pay of $55,375 per year. Moreover, according to the Bureau of Economic Analysis, manufacturing accounts for nearly 19% of Wisconsin's Gross Domestic Product (GDP), with output of nearly $58 billion annually.

Wisconsin's technical colleges are delivering a variety of visits, tours and other events to highlight manufacturing throughout October, including:
