The Management Trainee Technical Diploma at Madison College prepares you for supervisory management or entry level management enabling you to add value in a team environment, by developing foundational communication skills and an overall business perspective.  Additionally it equips you to take on a lead or supervisory role, by developing hard and soft skills critical to getting results and building relationships. You will take courses in communication, management/supervision, general business, human resources, and accounting.

The Management Trainee Diploma is on a career pathway to earn your associate's degree in Business Management.  Once in the Business Management program you can double major in Human Resources Managment with only one more semester of courses.
