Wisconsin's 16 public, two-year technical colleges are subject to a complex combination of federal and state laws. The Board also has adopted a number of policies and procedures to clarify and advance the System's role and work.
WTCS Board Policy Manual
The WTCS Board's Policy Manual is a resource for individuals interested in the operation of the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) Board.
The WTCS Policy Manual contains all Board policies currently in effect. Policy is formally adopted by the Board at regular meetings and is indefinite in duration. For ease of reference, the policies are grouped by subject and numbered within each subject area.
