Students at Western Technical College are working to help people during the pandemic. Starting Monday, March 8, Computer Support Specialist students will offer a virtual technology support help desk for the community.
Students will assist with computer software, training, and general troubleshooting. The help desk is part of Western’s community engagement program.
The program takes credit courses and uses them to address and solve community needs. Those who would like to use the service can email Studenthelp@Westerntc.edu or call the help desk at 608-785-9990.
