As an experienced Emergency Medicine doctor, choosing WCTC was a pivotal step in my career. While I have solid hospital training, I was eager to gain hands-on experience in pre-hospital emergency services. My passion for emergency response goes beyond treating patients—it’s about being a dependable presence in times of crisis, ensuring immediate care and long-term safety. WCTC’s focus on real-world, practical training stood out because there’s no substitute for learning by doing. Each class prepares me to respond effectively to critical situations, building the confidence and skills necessary to succeed in this field.
Beyond the training, WCTC is shaping my future in ways I never expected. The connections I’ve made here—through instructors, classmates and industry professionals—are invaluable. Many of our instructors are also future employers, and each lesson feels like an opportunity to prove myself. It’s not just about earning a certification; it’s about becoming part of a community dedicated to emergency response.
WCTC is more than a school to me; it’s a steppingstone toward my goal of serving my community in every capacity of emergency medical response. I’m grateful to be learning, growing, and working alongside people who share my passion for making a difference.
