EMT Advanced (AEMT) Programs

This program builds on the EMT-basic curriculum. Students learn advanced patient assessment, communication skills and beginning advanced life support interventions. This course meets the educational requirements for licensure in Wisconsin. Prerequisite: EMT-Basic. The Department of Health and Family Services may set other requirements.
