NTC camp allows kids to explore careers

Area students are getting the chance to explore different career fields at Northcentral Technical College this week. The school's "Summer Fun Camp" gives students from 5th to 8th grade three days to explore all programs NTC has to offer, from healthcare, to agriculture, to auto manufacturing and more.

The University of Wisconsin-Superior and Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College have partnered to offer flexible, online University Transfer Degree — Associate to Bachelor's programs. The new partnership, which was officially recognized May 26, allows students to combine classes from both WITC and UWS to earn either an Associate of Arts or an Associate of Science degree from WITC.
