Bricklaying Programs

Developed with the assistance of local tradespeople and contractors, this program will prepare you to enter the masonry trade. This one-semester program teaches the fundamentals of laying block and brick.  
Career Outlook: Increased construction of residential, commercial and industrial buildings has resulted in a need for bricklayers. Graduates enter employment as a starting bricklayer. Advancement to journey-level worker, foreman and superintendent are available with experience.
