Facilities Maintenance Programs

The Facilities Maintenance technical diploma program will prepare you for a career in the maintenance and repair of residential and light commercial structures. You will get training from highly qualified instructors in: heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electricity, electronic controls and instrumentation, basic plumbing, fundamentals of hydronics, building codes and blueprint reading, electro-mechanical devices and general repair. Along with these skills, you will gain an overview of federal, state and local regulations that impact facility maintenance. You will learn to assess and solve problems quickly in emergency situations based upon an understanding or regulatory guidelines.
